Did Anyone Say Public?

A keynote lecture for the Atmospheres design contest week, discussing recent transformations in public space. Following the themes of 'unpredictability versus control' and 'freedom versus connectivity', the lecture also highlights some of the challenges observed in recent OMA projects.
