Serpentine Gallery 24-Hour Interview Marathon: London
This publication records the, now legendary, Serpentine Gallery 24-Hour Interview Marathon: London, the highlight of the event programme that accompanied the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion 2006, designed by OMA with Cecil Balmond with Arup. The Interview Marathon, hosted by Hans Ulrich Obrist and Rem Koolhaas, was a 24-hour, non-stop interview event featuring some of the greatest names in international contemporary culture. This 'flip-book' was conceived by Simon Brown and Mark Irving as a way of responding creatively to the 24-Hour Interview Marathon, producing a publication that is deliberately playful and tactile, giving a sense of the speed, excitement and spontaneity of the Interview Marathon event.
